Spring Break at the Library
There’s lots to do at the Klamath County Library for the whole family, especially while kids are out for Spring Break! We have a variety of special events for all ages while school is out:
Due to winter storm and road conditions, all Klamath County Libraries will be closing at 5pm on Wednesday, November 20th. Programs scheduled for this Wednesday afternoon and evening (Tween Hangout Time and Puzzlepalooza) are cancelled.
Puzzlepalooza will be rescheduled to Tuesday, December 3rd, from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM.
Branches in Bly, Bonanza, Chiloquin, and Sprague River are closed today due to the weather.

Join a statewide conversation about the year’s best books for teens! The downtown Klamath County Library will be hosting a watch party for the live online Mock Printz Awards on Saturday, January 14th from noon to 4:30 pm.
Hunt down eldritch creatures while guarding your own sanity as we play the tabletop roleplaying game Trail of Cthulhu at the downtown Klamath County Library! We will be running two one-shot games for adult players on Tuesday, January 8th at 2 pm, and on Tuesday, January 22nd at 2 pm.
You don’t have to attend both sessions, as each event is its own self-contained story – but if you want to play in two different stories, go for it!
Our regular lineup of youth programming is taking the last two weeks of December off (except for teen Dungeons & Dragons groups) so we can bring you some extra special activities while school’s out for winter break.

For ages 12 and under:
Play with cards from “Jumpstart 2022,” the collectible card game’s newest set made specifically for beginners to the game. Everyone who plays can take home the cards they play with as well as a bonus 7-piece gaming dice set! We’ll have extra prizes for the top players. :) Total beginners welcome. Lunch and snacks included! For ages 12 and up - teens and adults alike!

Discuss foreign policy with the 2023 edition of Great Decisions at the Klamath County Library! The group will meet for eight weeks on Thursdays at 1 pm, starting Thursday, January 26th.
