Small Meeting Room (top) and Study Room

Need a private space to host a small meeting, attend a Zoom interview, study for a test, apply for a job, or play Dungeons and Dragons? The downtown Klamath County Library has two rooms available for the public (including small nonprofit groups) to reserve during regular library hours.

The Small Meeting Room can accomodate up to 5 people, and includes a small conference table with outlets and a whiteboard. 

The Study Room can accomodate up to 3 people, and includes a desk with a computer (and internet access), printer, and webcam with microphone.

 

Room Use Policies:

A room can be reserved for 2 hours per day. At the end of the reservation, if there is no one else waiting, staff can extend it by 1 hour. (One extension per person per day.)

A valid Klamath County Library card is required to make a reservation. 

Reservations can be made up to 30 days ahead of time.

Each account holder can make a total of 6 reservations each month.

Reservations will be held for fifteen minutes past the reservation time before the room is released to another user.
