Current Status

At this point, all Klamath County Libraries are open regular hours with no restrictions. Please visit our libraries if you are feeling well. Masks are optional.

The COVID-19 vaccine is safe, effective, and completely free (even if you don't have health insurance). Everyone 12 and over is eligible. For more information about the vaccine, including where you can get vaccinated in Klamath County, visit Klamath County Public Heath

On June 25, Governor Kate Brown signed Executive Order 21-15, which cancels most pandemic-related restrictions.

The new Executive order also creates terms for ongoing recovery efforts that will be in effect through Dec. 31, 2021. To learn more about Oregon’s reopening, visit the Oregon Heath Authority's COVID blog.

All Klamath County libraries are open for their regular hours, and donations are being accepted again. (Please see our "Donate to the Library" page for donation policies and limits.)
