A year ago, the Friends of the Klamath County Library heard from Bill Ganong, who was dealing with the effects of the devastating Bootleg Fire on his family’s ranch. The Friends are checking in with Ganong to see how recovery efforts are going in a presentation on Wednesday, January 18th at 2 pm at the downtown Klamath County Library.

The revamped group will meet on the first and third Wednesdays of the month from 2 pm to 3 pm starting Wednesday, January 4th, and it’s open to anyone who wants to improve their writing skills in a positive environment. No previous writing experience necessary!

All branches of the Klamath County Library District will be closed on Monday, January 16th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
