Do you have what it takes to dive into the cutthroat world of competitive jigsaw puzzling?
Racing to be the first team to finish a jigsaw puzzle is a sport enjoyed all over the world! The downtown Klamath County Library is hosting Puzzle Palooza, its first jigsaw puzzle solving contest, on Thursday, September 14th at 5:30pm.
Teams of 2-4 players will have 120 minutes to complete a 500-piece jigsaw puzzle. The first group to place their final piece wins eternal glory as the best puzzlers in the Basin! Players age 12 and up are welcome, and all teams will get to take home their puzzle just for participating!
Registration required! Just follow these steps:
- Gather up some puzzle-solving accomplices (It’s ok if you add or lose members between registering and the actual competition. We just need a rough head count.)
- Decide which one of you will be the Team Captain (this is the person who can be contacted by the library with further instructions about how Game Day will go when we get there).
- Come up with a fun team name (puzzle puns encouraged but are not strictly required)
- Register using the form at https://forms.gle/YU4Nee5DifnJ9NzP9, by calling 541-882-8894, or by visiting the downtown library’s Information & Reference desk.
