All Klamath County libraries will be closed on Wednesday, June 19th in observance of Juneteenth. No materials will be due on a day that the libraries are closed.

Let’s play one of the world’s most popular collectible card games! Bring your own deck or play with one we’ve built especially for beginners! For teens and adult players ages 12 and up.
The Klamath Basin Genealogical Society meets at the downtown Klamath County Library on the second Thursday of each month at 6 pm. (The Society also has a sub-group, focused on using DNA data in genealogy research, which meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 1 pm.)
The general public is always welcome to join in at both meetings.

Read books about real issues! The Real Reads Book Group tackles a variety of current social issues – race, gender, immigration, poverty, criminal justice, and more – with nonfiction and memoir titles. We meet on the first Saturday of the month at 3pm at the downtown Klamath County Library.
Recycling properly is worth the effort! Rhianne Janovich from Waste Management is visiting the downtown Klamath County Library on Thursday, May 23rd from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm to talk about recycling in the Klamath Basin – how to do it right, and how it helps reduce waste.
