The Council is a group of middle and high school-aged youth who work with the Klamath County Youth Services Librarians to help with teen programs, offer suggestions about materials for teens, and more. Members gain leadership skills and volunteer hours. Contact smiller@klamathlibrary.org for details. For ages 12-18.
