The downtown Klamath County Library has lots of activities for kids while school is closed for winter break:

  • Scavenger Hunt – Saturday, December 18th to Sunday, January 2nd. Find items hidden throughout the Youth Services department and win a prize! For ages 0-18.
  • Embroidery and Holiday Cartoons – Monday, December 20th from 1 pm to 4 pm. Let’s craft while watching holiday family classics! Space is limited! Registration for this event is required. For ages 8-12.
  • Open Wii Play – Tuesday, December 21st from 1 pm to 6 pm. Play anything from the library’s collection of Nintendo Wii games! For ages 6-12.
  • Gingerbread House Building – Wednesday, December 22nd at 11 am. Assemble a unique (and tasty) piece of holiday architecture! Registration for this event is required so we can get the right amount of gingerbread and candy ready. For ages 0-12.
  • Holiday Escape Room – Thursday, December 23rd at 2 pm. Use your puzzle-solving skills to save the day! For ages 8-12.
