Dear Community,

We regret to inform you that the Chemult Library will be permanently closing its doors on January 31st, 2025.

However, we are excited to share that a new chapter is beginning! We are thrilled to announce the opening of the Crescent Library.

The new library will open its doors on Saturday February 8th, 2025.

We invite you to visit the Crescent Library at 136854 N. Highway 97, Crescent, where you'll continue to find a warm, welcoming environment for reading, learning, and community engagement.

Our Chemult Branch stands at the crossroads--take Highway 97 north to Central Oregon or south to Klamath Falls and California. Take Highway 138 west to the north entrance to Crater Lake National Park or the Land of Umpqua. Take Highway 58 to Willamette Pass and the Willamette Valley.
