Teen & Adult Ukulele Club

Join our new Ukulele Club on the second Tuesday of the month! This event is for adults and teens. Folks interested in beginner lessons should arrive at 5:30 pm; a general jam session for all skill levels starts at 6 pm.

This is a fun, welcoming club for strummers of all levels! Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned uke enthusiast, you’re invited to come make music with us. We’ll meet monthly at the library for a casual jam session led by a song leader, with chords and lyrics displayed on the big screen so you can follow along—no textbooks required!

Warhammer Alliance

Learn how to play this tactical war game with armored Space Marines, ferocious Orks, monstrous Tyranids and more! This event is a continuation from June and is currently closed to new participants. For teen and adult players ages 12 and up. For more information, contact Ben at 541-882-8894 ext. 32 or at bluff@klamathlibrary.org.

Adult Murder Mystery: The Deadly Inheritance

The downtown Klamath County Library is hosting another "murder mystery" roleplaying event for adults! Join us Wednesday, August 27th at 5:30 pm for The Deadly Inheritance!

Wealthy Wilbur Covington has passed away, and his family, friends and loved ones have gathered to pay their respects… and see what Covington left them in the will, of course. But someone among you is willing to kill to increase their stake in the inheritance…

Real Reads Book Group: Disability Visibility

Read books about real issues! The Real Reads Book Group tackles a variety of current social issues – race, gender, immigration, poverty, criminal justice, and more – with nonfiction and memoir titles. We meet on the first Saturday of the month at 3pm at the downtown Klamath County Library.

The group will be discussing Disability Visibility: First-Person Stories From the Twenty-First Century, an anthology edited by Alice Wong on Saturday, August 2nd at 3pm

Cold Case Investigations: Mystery Puzzle Solving

Crack a cold case at the library! We'll have a variety of "Hunt a Killer" style investigative games for you to solve on Wednesday, July 23rd at 5:30pm.

You'll have to closely read documents, examine evidence and scrutinize witness reports to figure out what happened! (The mysteries are also set to different difficulty levels, so there will be something to try whether you're a seasoned detective or brand-new to this style of "escape room in a box" games.)

No registration necessary. Call us at 541-882-8894 for more information!
