Let’s play one of the world’s most popular collectible card games! Bring your own deck or play with one we’ve built especially for beginners! For teens and adult players ages 12 and up.

The Adult Writers Group meets on the second Sunday of the month at 2pm, and it’s open to anyone who wants to improve their writing skills in a positive environment. No previous writing experience necessary!

We’ll have writing prompts and discussion to get you going, and feel free to bring in something you’re working on to workshop with the group.

Read books about real issues! The Real Reads Book Group tackles a variety of current social issues – race, gender, immigration, poverty, criminal justice, and more – with nonfiction and memoir titles. We meet on the first Saturday of the month at 3pm at the downtown Klamath County Library.

The group will be discussing How the South Won the Civil War by Heather Cox Richardson on Saturday, October 5th at 3pm. 

Join us for a variety of adult board and card games!

Build a beautiful tile mosaic in Azul, become a train magnate in Ticket to Ride, win a magical fight in Dungeon Brawl and much more! (Feel free to bring your favorite game to share – aim for something you can teach a table of 3-6 players in an hour or so at most.)

Keno's 2nd annual Book Tasting event. Not sure what Book Tasting is? Show up and find out! There will be tables for youth and adults, so all ages are welcome. 

Admit it: Even adults like to color! Here's a chance for the 18 and up crowd to socialize and create using crayons, colored pencils and markers at the Keno Branch Library.

Need to replace your Social Security card, update information or apply for benefits? Let the downtown Klamath County Library save you a trip to Medford! We’ll have Social Security representatives at the library on Thursday, September 12^th from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm to help you with the sorts of tasks that usually require you to get online or to head to the regional office in Medford.

The Klamath Basin Genealogical Society (KBGS) is hosting their annual all-day genealogy seminar at the downtown Klamath County Library on Saturday, September 21^st! Doors open at 9 am; the first workshop starts at 9:30 am. (The library will open to the general public at 10 am as usual.)
