Real Reads Book Group: Braiding Sweetgrass

Read books about real issues! The Real Reads Book Group tackles a variety of current social issues – race, gender, immigration, poverty, criminal justice, and more – with nonfiction and memoir titles. We meet on the first Thursday of the month at 5:30pm at the downtown Klamath County Library.

The group will be discussing Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer on Saturday, April 6th at 3pm.

Recycling in the Klamath Basin

Recycling properly is worth the effort! Rhianne Janovich from Waste Management is visiting the downtown Klamath County Library on Wednesday, March 20th at 2 pm to talk about recycling in the Klamath Basin – how to do it right, and how it helps reduce waste.

The presentation will be followed by a brief business meeting of the Friends.

The presentation is free to the public.

Foreign Film Night: Return to Seoul
