Whether it's homemade or from a restaurant, there are a lot of moving parts between your food and the farm it came from. Learn about these food systems and how you can reduce food waste in a workshop on Tuesday, Jan. 13th from 1pm to 5pm at the downtown Klamath County Library.
Jerin Dinkins, a Food Systems Specialist at the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality, will walk you through what you can do to reduce food waste and maximize the amount of food that makes it all the way from harvest to hungry diners.
