The downtown Klamath County Library is holding a love song lyrics contest for teens in February!

Whether it’s a catchy ditty or a swooning ballad, we want you to woo us with your song! The winning writer will take home a $20 gift card to a local music shop, and their work will be featured on the library’s website and Facebook page.

We’re teaming up with local art school Wild Pigments Art Studio for an evening of painting a lovely floral still life! Registration required! Visit the Youth Services desk, call 541-882-8894 or email smiller@klamathlibrary.org to sign up. For ages 12-18.

Let’s learn Spanish! The downtown library’s Spanish-language events with Miss Katie and volunteer Spanish language educator Reina Barton have been so popular, we’re adding more events and welcoming a new volunteer teacher, Paola Westfall! Join us on the second Monday of each month (February 14th) for a full day of stories, songs, activities and crafts and more to develop your conversation skills en español:

All branches of the Klamath County Library District will be closed on Monday, February 21st in observance of Presidents Day.

No library materials will be due on a day that the libraries are closed for a holiday.
