Special for November are two events while kids and teens are out of school on Thanksgiving break:
- Magical Movie Monday: Monday, Nov. 22nd from 10 am to 5 pm. Join us for a marathon of family-friendly films for all ages:
- 10 am: The Addams Family (2019). Ostracized by society, the eccentric and macabre Addams family tries to live in isolation so they can be themselves. But then a reality TV show host sees the Addams home as an eyesore in her plans for a picture-perfect suburban community... Rated PG, 1 hour and 26 minutes.
- 11:30 am: Mary Poppins. An unusual nanny helps a family come closer together through music and magical adventure. Rated G, 2 hours and 19 minutes.
- 2 pm: Mary Poppins Returns. Decades after her original visit, magical nanny Mary Poppins helps the Banks family through another difficult time in their lives. Rated PG, 2 hours and 10 minutes.
- Lego Challenge Day: Wednesday, Nov. 24th from 10 am to 7 pm. Come play with the library’s collection of Lego bricks! Take on a challenge project idea from us, or create something all on your own! For ages 3 to 18.
