Lots of people have lots of opinions about the various technologies that fall under the "AI" umbrella, and a lot of them are over the top. "Artificial Intelligence will revolutionize every industry in the world!" "Artificial Intelligence is contributing to the fall of civilization!" It can be hard to evaluate facts from opinions from uninformed nonsense.
Semiretired tech specialist Steven Roberson will walk you through what people are talking about when we talk about AI, split into two parts:
