to

Explore ancient Indigenous technologies with take-home kits from the University of Oregon’s Museum of Natural and Cultural History!

The first people to inhabit what is now Oregon – the ancestors of today’s Native peoples – used sophisticated engineering techniques to build shelters, develop tools and design clothing. Stop by any Klamath County library starting Monday, November 1stand pick up a take-home kit full of ways for you to investigate these methods for yourself! (Parents: kit activities are aimed at ages 6 to 12.)

When you’re through exploring the kit, learn more with a video hosted at klamathlibrary.org/engineerit.

Kits are available while supplies last. For more information, visit your local library or call 541-882-8894.
