Poetry: Food for the Soul

Celebrate National Poetry Month with local poetry guild The Spoken Word! Members will perform selections of their work on Sunday, April 21st from 2 pm to 4 pm at the downtown Klamath County Library.

Along with presenting a variety of poetry styles, Spoken Word poets will also discuss their creative process, to give insight into the various ways a poem can be born.

CANCELED - Time Travel Crafts: Crochet Fingerless Gloves

Our Time Travel Crafts presenter has an emergency, so we'll have to cancel our crochet workshop tonight. So sorry! We'll see you next month for an origami-themed workshop, and we'll push crochet to June.

Join us on the last Tuesday of the month for crafts made with antique techniques! This month, we're learning basic crochet and making fingerless gloves. For all ages.

Adult Writers Group

The Adult Writers Group meets on the second Sunday of the month at 2pm, and it’s open to anyone who wants to improve their writing skills in a positive environment. No previous writing experience necessary!

We’ll have writing prompts and discussion to get you going, and feel free to bring in something you’re working on to workshop with the group.

For more information, please call 541-882-8894.

Adult Board Game Night

Join us for a variety of adult board and card games!

Build a beautiful tile mosaic in Azul, become a train magnate in Ticket to Ride, win a magical fight in Dungeon Brawl and much more! (Feel free to bring your favorite game to share – aim for something you can teach a table of 3-6 players in an hour or so at most.)

For more information, call 541-882-8894, or visit the downtown library’s Information & Reference desk.
