Adult Dungeons and Dragons

Join us for a Dungeons and Dragons campaign for adults!

Our dungeonmaster, Clinton, and our group of adventurers will meet online on Wednesdays from 6pm to 8pm, using a combination of three free apps: Roll20, a private Discord server and D&D Beyond.

No previous roleplaying experience needed! We welcome all players. (And if you need help installing any of the apps, we can get you going there, too.)

The Adult Book Group meets on the second Thursday of every month at 4:30pm (except November, which will meet on the Third Thursday due to the Veterans Day holiday). Pick up your copy of the current title at the Reference and Information Desk.

We'll be discussing Oona Out of Order by Margarita Montimore on Thursday, November 18th at 4:30pm.

For more information, call Denae at 541-882-8894 ext. 22 or email dnemanic@klamathlibrary.org.

Library Advisory Board

The Library Advisory Board meets at noon on the third Wednesday of each month. Interested members of the public are welcome to attend.

The Board is meeting both online and in person. If you would like to attend in person, please call the library at 541-882-8894 ahead of your visit. If you would like to attend via Zoom teleconferencing, please email Library Director Nathalie Johnston at njohnston@klamathlibrary.org to request a video link.

Classics I've Pretended to Read: The Chrysalids

Classics I've Pretended to Read  is an online group hosted by Klamath County librarian Amanda. It's a great way to fit a book club into your schedule with no meetings to attend! You can find the group's discussion page here (you'll need to make a free Goodreads account to post). This group focuses on American and British classics.

We're reading and discussing The Chrysalids by John Wyndham throughout the month of November.

Closure - Thanksgiving

All Klamath County Libraries will be closed on Thursday, November 25th in observance of Thanksgiving. No library items will be due that day. Libraries will return to normal hours on Friday, November 26th (though some regular Friday events may be canceled that day).
